Targeted Assignment Fee

Payment contingency: The finder fee is ONLY paid out if the transaction closes, and only if YOU are the bird dog assigned to the deal at the time of closing.

Assignment & protection period: Properties are assigned to bird dogs on a first-submission basis. Once you submit a property, you are assigned to that submission for 180 calendar days, expiring at 11:59 PM EST at the end of the 180th day.

Actual assignment fee: The targeted assignment fee shown above is an estimate only. The actual assignment fee obtained at the close of the transaction could be different, and your finder fee will be calculated from the actual assignment fee received.
